Surgery News
A safe, welcoming space to talk, listen, connect, and just be.
You can still approach pharmacies; however, we are aware that Southam Pharmacy does not have any flu vaccines left either.
If you are unfortunate enough to be experiencing a tummy bug, respiratory illness or any other potentially infectious illness, and need to visit the surgery, please advise our reception team of your symptoms when booking your appointment, or add these details when booking your appointment online.
We would then advise that you wait in your car when you arrive at the surgery and call reception on 01926 810939, option 1, to let us know you are here and what vehicle you are in.
The Doctor will come out to your car to collect you, you will be asked to wear a mask whilst in the surgery. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you.
This is to help prevent the spread of any infection to our other patients and to our staff.
That way, we will all be able to stay as healthy as possible and see you when you need us!
If you are unsure whether you need a face-to-face appointment, please give our friendly reception team a call and they will be able to advise you.

We are incredibly proud to announce that St Wulfstan Surgery have won the prestigious HSJ Primary & Community Provider of the Year 2025. This award is considered the biggest of its kind in the world by organisers. And winning this award for 2 consecutive years is unprecedented. And it was a pleasure to receive the award from Actor and Comedian, Rob Brydon.
To win such a prestigious award two years in a row is a testament to the hard work, dedication, compassion and quality of our staff, and the incredible ethos we have built at the surgery. But it also reflects the wonderful relationship we share with you, our patients. Our core values remain; Care, Quality & Compassion, and it remains a privilege to serve you all on this basis.
We will continue to work hard to keep developing the surgery and improving the care we deliver. We will continue to be at the forefront of new technology and innovation, but we never forget what matters most, being human, and always displaying care and compassion.
Again, we thank you all for your support and kindness, it remains a privilege to serve you all, always.
This is a chance for residents in the town of Stratford-Upon-Avon and surrounding areas within the district to find out about the vast range of support that is available locally to support their Health and Wellbeing. Fourteen organisations will be on hand to give a range of advice and support.
Based on real-life stories from people affected by dementia that we gathered from Arts Uplift’s successful Suitcase Stories project in partnership with Museums Worcestershire, Navigating Margaret, is an exciting theatre production about a Worcestershire woman’s journey living with dementia and how it affects her family.

There are currently lots of roadworks and temporary traffic lights up around Southam, both on the Southam Bypass (roundabout) and on Market Hill
This is causing significant delays in travel, so please allow plenty of time to get to the surgery for your appointments, even if this means you have to leave 10 minutes earlier than planned.
Our waiting room is nice and warm should you arrive early!
