Our Mission

Established in 2001, our philosophy is to provide caring, compassionate, high quality care to all of our patients. We believe everyone should have the right to see a Doctor or Nurse when they need to, and be offered an exemplary level of care and commitment.

Our promise to You

As your healthcare team, we promise to:

  •  Treat you with dignity and respect, always.

  • Listen carefully and involve you in decisions about your care.

  • Provide clear information about your health, treatment options, and what you can expect.

  • Offer timely and appropriate care, based on clinical need and best practice.

  • Support your wellbeing, not just treating illness, helping you stay healthy for longer.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle your medical records securely.

  • Listen to feedback, continually improve, and strive for excellence.

Your Responsibilities to us in return

To help us help you, we kindly ask you to:

  • Treat staff and other patients with courtesy and respect.

  • Attend appointments on time, or let us know in advance if you need to change or cancel.

  • Be honest and open about your symptoms, history and concerns.

  • Update your contact details and personal information when they change.

We believe the best care happens when patients and staff work together in partnership.

This contract is a reflection of that shared responsibility so that we can continue to

offer you a fantastic, high-quality service.
