If your child has missed a vaccination at school, such as Flu, HPV or a booster, you can still book a vaccination with the local Children’s Vaccination service. Please follow the instructions below. New dates are released every month. 

  1. Register for an account at Swiftque https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/userlogin.php

  2. You will be able to add family members including children to your account

  3. Once you have made an account click on -> Book an Appointment and search for CWP in GP/Location -> Search

  4. You will then see CWP Schools Immunisation Clinics – select a clinic -> Book an appointment

  5. Click on the green ‘School questionnaire tab’ and type in your child’s school -> Submit details -> next -> Select Immunisation (Flu/HPV/Teenage Boosters)-> select your preferred time and date -> next -> tick the Terms & Conditions boxes -> confirm.

  6. Once you have made your appointment, you will receive an email and text confirmation.

  • Alcester Clinic - Alcester Children & Family Centre

  • Coventry Clinic - City of Coventry Health Centre or Central Library

  • Nuneaton Clinic - Jepson House for Nuneaton

  • Rugby Clinic - Boughton Leigh for Rugby
