Our local PCN has a smoking cessation service, with dedicated Stop Smoking Adviser, Katie Cherrie
The service offers personalised support, regular follow-up, access to stop smoking aids, nicotine replacement therapy (where appropriate), and vape starter kits for eligible patients, helping you successfully quit smoking.
Patients can be referred by our reception team in the surgery, or you can self-refer using the QR code or online form featured on the poster.
The service appreciates that some patients may find it difficult to attend standard appointment times. Where needed, they can offer flexible appointments and will do their best to accommodate individual patient circumstances.
